Month Four the focus will be on the SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra. Through focus questions and exercises you will explore “the energy of you” within the consciousness of the solar plexus chakra. This chakra is known as the power chakra, located in the solar plexus. It rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism. When healthy, this chakra brings us energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power. In chakra three, we will reclaim our personal power and will, fully supported by the foundation of the chakras beneath. We will walk through the fire of transformation of this chakra so we can walk into the consciousness of the heart where we will experience love of self so we can more fully open to the loving others unconditionally. We will continue releasing old outdated beliefs that block us from embracing the sacred right of the third chakra. The basic right of this chakra is our right to take action on our inner feelings
